You must be a website and or a formal member in order to upload files either for public download and for use by other members (via the members page.) 

Please note that tenants or the general public do not need to be signed in to download files found on this page.

To Upload Files:

1. Sign In.
2. On the file libary section, click "File Libary".This will take you to your document folder (list).
3. Click Upload Files.
4. Wait for the screen to close by its self before taking next step.
5. Once uploaded please click `Insert`.
6. Your file should now appear in the section above.
7. Tip: Please ensure you provide a title and description of the document you wish to upload.This makes it easier for the public to understand.
8. Please note that as general rule of thumb you will need either office 2003 / 2007 to view files loaded to our site,this normaly requires XP or above.There are other office programes such as Open Office,which is free,but they may not be able to open all files.

We now have a direct link to microsoft so that you can download the free converter pack for word 2007.Please see the links page for information.

The CTF committee propose to meet on the dates listed above,in the online calender,which will also be used to list any event relating to CTF,however we sugguest you contact us first to make sure the meeting is to take place.As a sitting Caldmore tenant you can request to `sit in` on a meeting. Please note that places can be limited and are subject to agenda issues.Please contact us if you wish to book a place.

If you are part of a tenants group and wish to have your event listed then please contact us for details of how to arrange this free service.

Have you considered becoming a `Website Member`?There is no formal requirement to become a committee member if you wish to take part in on-line discussions etc.Please note that you must be a sitting tenant and or have formal links with Caldmore to use these features.Please contact us with your request ensuring you enclose your full contact details.

It is very inportant that committee members prepare themselves for any meeting well in advance.Documents have been placed on the forums or members only area to enable you to do this.Committee members must also bring along any relevant paperwork to formal meetings that have either been posted to them or placed on this site for download.Caldmore staff & managers have made great efforts to provided these documents and it is now up to eact member to do their bit.
