The new draft pet policy has been delayed till June.

The new pet policy is due to be debated at our next meeting in May.
The new policy could affect you.

TCIF is to be re-branded "CTF Community Chest" as from April 2011.
There will be no major changes to its over aims.
The new name is designed to make it easier to understand,as always we welcome feedback.

The new Avion Close Neighbourhood Watch group is now up & running.The police have been very supportive,if you would like information or assistance on setting a new watch scheme then please let us know,we are here to help.

The AGM of the Avion Close Residents Group (A.C.R.G) was held yesterday and was a great success.We have voted to set up a new neighbourhood watch with the help of the police.

Ysterdays view finder event was a great success.Various awards was presented to the Chair,Richard,&Kelly.

Deadlines for BBQ Events:

Volunteers and those tenants that wish to attend either event must inform either CTF or Nazir Ahmed at Caldmore of their intentions by the following dates:

Avion Close: July 9th
Wollaston Court: August 6th

If we do no have enough volunteers or notice of intentions to attend them neither events will go ahead.

BBQ: To Clarify:
Leaflets were rushed out in order to meet the deadline for the posting of rent statements and thus saving on extra postage costs.

These events are still in the planning stage and further updates will be posted online asap.

BBQ Social Events:
Two free BBQ events have been confirmed,subject to each tenants group arranging suitable volunteers.These will take place on July 23rd at Avion Close in Highgate & the other will be held on August 20th at Wollaston Court, Lower Rushall Street.

These events are open to all Caldmore tenants, however spaces at both will be limited, therefore we ask that you contact either CTF or Caldmore direct to confirm your place.

Event flyers have been sent to all tenants.

Please note that there will be a policy of no Drugs, Alcohol, Dogs, or Music.

BBQ Social Events:
We are at an early planning stage to help host various social BBQ events for Caldmore tenants.If you have any comments or suggestions please get in touch as soon as possible.
