New Look Gossip & Editorial Panel

Plans are underway to give Local Gossip a make over, with the first edition planned for Spring 2011.

A new Editorial Panel is also being planned which we hope to have in place by the end of 2010.CTF & Caldmore are looking for tenants to become members of this new panel,places are limited so if you would like to have a direct say in content then please get in touch as soon as possible via the new E Mail link below.

In the meantime if you would like to add your comments to the debate and or suggest items to be included then please get typeing below or write to us at the normal postal address.

CTF are also pleased to announce that we have a new member whos role is to act as a roving reporter,his name is Richard and if you would like to get in touch with him with your stories or events then please let us know now.

Please note that the name used to post messages etc has today been changed from offserve to ctfchair.One result of this change is the effect of changing all previous meesages from offserve to ctfchair.There is nothing we can do regarding this effect.

Other member log in`s are not affected.

Post made with the name of ctfchair only apply as from today.

Keeping Pace With Change

In line with expected goverment changes and also to bring Offserve in line with expected requirements,we plane to carry out some inprovements to the Offserve sites.The main changes are planned for after the 2009 AGM.

Caldmore Housing has formed links with the National Housing Federation to bring its tenants a home contents insurance scheme.Please contact customer services to arrange to send you an information pack.

Training Programme & Residents Group Meetings

A training programme for Equality & Diversity is being set up for early October.All tenants who wish to be part of ant residents group must attend such training.More information will be posted in due course.

The first residents group meeting is being arranged for Avion Close tenants on October 14th.Details of this meeting can be found on the Avion Close website.

Site problems

There appears to be problems with the uploading of photos etc.This has been ongoing for the past three days.Have contacted support but have had no replies so far.Update: problem now appears to have been fixed.July 2th.
