Postal Delays:

Due to ongoing delays items such as agenda`s & minutes will not be posted out untill further notice.Members without webb access can arrange to collect from our office.
Members with internet access will be able to download from the members page,however please note that delays may still occur due to information gatthering and ISP problems as noted below.

Due to issues the our home based ISP,there may be delays in updating our site.This problem only relates to the chair and no other members should be affected.
The ISP company is aiming (somewhat slowley) to fix these problems asap.

We would like to express our thanks to the tenants from the Pelsall area who attended todays meeting as quests.We very much hope they found it useful and look forward to meeting them again.

Offserve E Mail Address:

Please note that the old offserve e mail address will be closed at the end of September 2009.Please use the current CTF address,details of which appear on this site.

CTF are hoping to start a NEW GROUP aimed at minorites and young persons.This new group is for either tenants of Caldmore or their offspring (must be Caldmore residents).

Age limits would be 16/30.

If you are intrested in helping set up a new group or would like to a part of this group then please do contact us at the normal address (e mail or post).We are hoping to base this new group at Wollaston Court.

Sample phots of our launch event,plus some from the Big Lunch and Estaes day have been added to the Events page.We hope to have more shortly.

The committee would like to thank all those that took part in our launch event of July 17th.These included,the Mayor of Walsall,Bruce George MP,staff and managers from both Accord & Caldmore,BCHS,Watmos,Walsall Tenants Federation,and many more more.

All enjoyed speeches,conversation and not to mention the wonderfull buffet.The committee look forward to making an inpact on the services provided by Caldmore as well as forming close ties with other intrested parties.

The formal BDO inspection has now taken place.More information to be posted as and when the report is published.

Caldmore are untaking an internal audit of Offserve dating back up to 5 years.A audit commision audit is due before May 2009.More information if and when alvailable.

Suggest a new name:

Tenants are invited to suggest a new name to replace Offserve.This is mainly due to the fact that our current name has no meaning to either tenants or outside bodies.This has been bourne out by conversations with tenants and other groups over a period of time.

Our new name should reflect the following:
We are a tenant based group.
We aim to serve tenants.
That Caldmore is our landlord.

Other groups or panels in some other parts of the country have names that reflect the fact that they are tenants of an landlord,so there names have a meaning.
