Back in July i was asked by Jay Gill & Karon Bentley to become a member of the Income Focus Group discussing the rent arrears policy.I have read this policy and i put that no changes need to be made.

Just a quick thanks to everyone that attended our BBQ event last Saturday.Also thanks to Caldmore for their support.

Preperations are well under way for the first of the BBQ events.
The first will now take place on Saturday July 24th.

CTF are considering plans to join forces with residents groups to promote social harmony.If you have any comments or suggestions for this please let us know as soon as possible.

Laminate Flooring:
We have now been advised that permission must be obtained before this type of flooring can be installed.This has been the case since 2007.More information will be posted on-line as soon as possible.

Voids:
There appears to be a number of flats in my area that are not oppupied and have not been so for at least a year...
These may be being used as social drops,i think that these should be checked out asap.If they are just emptie,them why is it that they cant be let?

Heating Breakdowns

We are hearing of extensive problems with repairs to heating during the recent cold snap.We are seeking feedback from tenants on how Caldmore dealt with the situation.Please get in touch if you have any information you think we could use.

Surjit: i have posted info regarding street lamps on the ctf extra site.

CTF would like to hear your views regarding wooden (eg: laminate) flooring in flats.

Do you consider them to be anti social or do you think that Caldmore should formally ban them to all new tenants?
